Just a couple weekends ago I quietly took down my Ireland Travel Coaching page–the page that explains my one-on-one itinerary planning services. Judging by the amount of email I’ve received in the last week, you noticed, which makes me feel all ooey-gooey appreciative and all the more sad to see it go.
Travel coaching has been widely successful. More so than I ever would have imagined when I started. This year, I have been booked out at least a month in advance since January and I fear I had to disappoint some of you because I couldn’t fit you in (if that’s you, I’m so sorry!).
The best part is that I love it. Like if-it’s-the-only-thing-I ever-got-to-do-I-would-be-ok-with-that love it. Kind of the best combination of demand and enjoyment for this tiny little side business of mine, right?
So why did I take the page down? I need to take a little time to pause and regroup to figure out how to help more people. I am pretty sure I will never figure out how to balance everything in my life now that I’m a momma, but I will always want to help others experience Ireland. The thing is I can’t help more people if I don’t stop, at least temporarily, to put in motion some of my other ideas.
Remember that ebook I was writing last spring? I had about ten Beta readers give me feedback (thanks again!), and it was about 85% complete when morning sickness kicked in… I’d love to get back to it and a few other projects I’ve had on the back burner that I know will help people who I don’t get to work with one-on-one.
I hope to continue coaching and have some new things on offer within the next few months. If you want to work with someone about your Ireland itinerary now, I can’t recommend Jody from Ireland Family Vacations enough and I am sure she will be happy to help you too. Until then, there will be new posts and fun updates here and on my Facebook page. Join me!
