“It’s like having your own personal guidebook to answer all your questions and put things into perspective.
I had the big picture accomplished but it was so nice to have help with the small details and how many nights to spend in each place.”

Ireland Travel Consulting Frequently Asked Questions
I’m not sure what I want to do or where I want to go in Ireland. Should I wait to book until I’ve researched more?
No. It is often easier to work with a completely clean slate, so don’t worry if you don’t have everything together. As long as you have a rough idea of the kind of trip you’d like to have, together we will pull in specific local experiences to create a perfect itinerary for you.
What happens when I click ‘Schedule Now’?
You will be whisked off to my online calendar where you can select your time zone and an appointment time.
Next up is a short terms and conditions agreement (and my 100% satisfaction guarantee), and an intake form to help me get to know you and prepare for our time together.
Your Ireland Travel Consulting payment will be securely processed and you will receive a confirmation email with everything you need for our chat.
When will we meet?
When you select Schedule Now, you’ll be taken directly to my calendar with my most current availability. I tend to book up fast, so book now to nab the next spot.
Can you make my reservations for me?
Since I am not a traditional travel advisor, I cannot make any reservations for you.
Most travel advisors are generalists–many will book vacations through suppliers or individual providers regardless if they have ever stepped foot in Ireland before.
The independent travelers that I work with are confident with booking hotels, airfare on their own. They know exactly the kind of locally inspired trip they want and are seeking an expert to help ensure they are creating it.
When you work with me, you can feel confident you’re booking the right places and getting to see iconic sites and off-the-beaten-path gems. All while connecting with locals and supporting small businesses across Ireland.
My trip is so expensive already. Should I really spend the money?
If you want a full days of exploring Ireland without feeling like you are running from site to site. If you want time for spontaneity and conversation (perhaps a pint or a cup of tea in a cozy pub). If you want make sure you don’t miss the best bits of hidden Ireland. If you want to hit the easy button and finally be confident about your itinerary and all your plans. Then, yes. This investment is entirely worth it and I promise you will have a better trip because you did.
What’s the difference between Ireland Travel Consulting & Custom Ireland Itineraries?

With the Ireland Travel Consulting package, you receive access to the recording to rewatch at any time, and access to a library of best practices including car rental, driving on the left, money, dietary restrictions, etc. You also receive limited email support after our call.
With the Custom Itinerary Package, you get all the details that we discuss in written form (PDF, online & a handy travel app), which includes recommendations all along your route for accommodations, classic sites, local favorites, and special experiences, places to eat, and, of course, find traditional Irish music. “The time we spent on the phone with Stephanie proved to be invaluable and the best investment we made from a planning standpoint.
Our coaching session provided great advice that ensured that we got the most out of our trip.
My advice would be not to head out before speaking with Stephanie; she is the best.”
