In order to be able to offer this service to you, we ask you to understand the following:

  • Any changes or revisions to your reservation dates are managed directly with the hotel.
  • With this service, we cannot offer assistance with making any additional reservations (guides, activities, dining, spa, golf, transfers). Please check out our Custom Ireland Travel Planning packages for our full travel support.
  • This service is available for free to those who spend a minimum of $1000. For those that do not meet the minimum, a $100 booking fee will be charged.
  • We cannot use hotel points to book your accommodations.

After you submit the Hotel-Only booking inquiry form, we’ll reach out to you within 48 business hours to set up your free 15-minute consultation with Stephanie. We’ll also begin preparing quotes for your hotel stay(s).

Before we reserve anything, you’ll receive every detail of your stay including your dates, accommodation, room category, additional perks, nightly room rate, total cost, cancellation policy and any additional terms or conditions. After you review and authorize the booking, we’ll get to work making sure your stay is memorable!

Once your accommodations are booked, we will immediately send you confirmation for you to review and keep for your records. Then Bon Voyage! Have a wonderful trip to Ireland.

Our partnerships with these luxury Irish hotels usually offer rates that match or beat the best available rate online. Because you’re essentially booking direct with the hotel, you get the best available rate offered to us as a luxury travel company. Remember, you also always get to approve the rate and inclusions before we book. Our highest goal is to provide a high-touch, high-quality service, making sure your stay in Ireland is unforgettable.
